We recommend a dolly or wagon for unloading/loading. Parking will not be allowed in the exhibit area. Directional signs and parking attendants will direct you to designated parking.\n\n\n\n Vendors will be located on the First Baptist Church of Merrifield Church grounds at 8122 Ransell Road\, Falls Church\, VA 22042. Each vendor will be provided a 6-foot table and 2 chairs under a large 40X20 tent. Vendors are asked to stay within their space and do not use any aisle space.\n\n\n\n Electricity will not be provided for each vendor. Should you require access to electricity\, please include such request with your application. \n\n\n\n Vending Booths will be in operation from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and should be contained within the space provided unless special arrangements have been approved. \n\n\n\n Vendors are encouraged to stay for the entire duration of the festival and may not leave the booth unattended\, except for short periods. Smoking is prohibited under the tent.\n\n\n\n We will kindly accept monetary donations from vendors to help with our community outreach efforts. However\, in lieu of a fee\, we are asking all vendors to contribute at least 2 backpacks and or school supplies. \n\n\n\n Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their area including disposal of all trash.
