Join us for an update, by the Fairfax County Department of Planning and Development, on future projects proposed for central Merrifield that could bring new residents and businesses to our area.  Douglas Loescher and Daquan Zhou of the Community Revitalization Section will discuss on-going revitalization efforts, including an overview on recently updated urban design guidelines intended to improve the quality and character of future development.  Stephen Waller from the Planning Division will provide an overview of recent Comprehensive Plan Amendments under consideration.
