Merrifield Fall Festival - Application
Announcing the 14th Annual Merrifield Fall Festival!
The 2018 Merrifield Fall Festival, presented by the Greater Merrifield Business Association (GMBA), in conjunction with URBNmarket and Mosaic, will be held on Saturday, September 15, 2018 from 11 a.m. —6 p.m. in the heart of the Mosaic District in beautiful downtown Merrifield VA!
Big Changes this year!
Vendors
This year GMBA is teaming up with URBNmarket to create an event that will focus primarily on handmade and vintage vendors to bring a pre-holiday market to our great event!
All interested vendors must apply at: urbanmarket.com
Booth Sponsors
Businesses that wish to participate with a booth will need to do so as a Booth Sponsor this year. The cost of a Booth Sponsor is $400 for GMBA members and $500 for non GMBA members for a 10 x 10 space. You will be responsible for providing your own tent/tables/etc. Booth Sponsorships will be limited.
Food Vendors
This year the Greater Merrifield Business Association will be focused on promoting the wonderful restaurants of the Mosaic District and the restaurant members of the GMBA. We will not be accepting applications for food trucks, or outside vendors.
• We encourage Mosaic Restaurants to offer deals, and set up sidewalk “pop-ups” at no cost.
• We encourage GMBA restaurant members to attend for a fee of $250.
All participants must submit an application!
Stage Shows & Entertainment
This year we will have one stage on the Mosaic lawn that will have a mix of kid and adult music and entertainment throughout the day.
All interested entertainers should contact: Director@greatermerrifield.org
Beer Garden
Held on the Mosaic lawn and hosted by the Caboose Brewing Company.
Kids Entertainment
This year the kid’s activities will be placed throughout the festival.
If you would like to provide a kid’s activity, the fees are as follows:
$300 for 10 x 10 space: You charge the public and keep the proceeds
$0 for 10 x 10 space: You provide a free kid’s activity (great marketing opportunity)
You must provide your own tent and tables
All kid’s activities must be preapproved.
