NOW ACCEPTING MERRIFIELD FALL FESTIVAL NON-FOOD VENDOR APPLICATIONS
SATURDAY AND SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 27-28, 2025
Deadline to register is September 19 (or until booths sell out)

GMBA has 5, 10x10 booth spaces available (each day) for the Merrifield Fall Festival on Saturday, September 27, and Sunday, September 28 at Mosaic.
This is a fabulous festival and brings TONS of people!

Vendors must provide their own Tent, Tables, Chairs 

There is no electricity provided.
No food sales allowed.

This is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be provided unless hazardous weather causes the event not to happen.


GMBA Members: $300 per space, per day. 

Non-Members: $500 per space per day.

Only 5 spaces available each day.
