Professional Relations Manager for 2843 Dental Center

We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our team at 2843 Dental Center as a Professional Relations Manager.

Located in Falls Church, VA, our state-of-the-art dental hub is home to Banaji Pediatric Dental Specialists, Banaji Family Dentistry, and independent practices Merrifield Orthodontics and Merrifield Oral Surgery. Together, we provide comprehensive dental care for patients of all ages under one roof. As our Professional Relations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our visibility and fostering meaningful connections within the community. In this position, you will work collaboratively with an external marketing partner while managing day-to-day marketing initiatives that reflect our patient-centered and family-friendly brand.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with our external marketing partner to execute branding and digital marketing strategies, including website optimization, social media campaigns, and event promotions.
• Coordinate and manage community outreach initiatives, such as school programs and sponsorships, to strengthen our presence in the community.
• Support the rebranding of our facility to 2843 Dental Center by creating patientfocused materials and promoting the transition through digital and in-person campaigns.
• Develop and oversee social media content, promotional campaigns, and patient engagement programs to enhance the overall patient experience.
• Assist in organizing team-building activities and employee recognition events to foster a positive work environment.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is a creative, organized, and enthusiastic individual with a passion for community engagement and marketing innovation. Preferred qualifications include:
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Experience in digital marketing, including social media management and analytics tools.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to coordinate effectively with external partners and internal teams.
